We hope that you will not find a need to cancel your services. If you do need to cancel, we generally apply the following cancellation penalties:

• More than 90 days before arrival - loss of deposit
• Between 90 and 61 days before arrival - 30% of costs charged
• Between 60 and 31 days before arrival - 60% of costs charged
• Less than 31 days before arrival - full amount charged

In some cases, suppliers charge non-refundable deposits. In these cases, you will be advised in advance and any non-refundable deposits will be charged.

In the event of gorilla viewing permits in Uganda and Rwanda, these are always fully non-refundable at the time of booking.

We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance.
